I liked this slightly better than Falling for Her Fake Fiance. because I could better relate to the heroine. Chadwick was a bit of a douche, though, and his opinion that middle class kids shouldn't be in 5 stars restaurants because they don't know how to act was offensive. (I have no idea why that particular, off the cuff observation grated so much, but it did.) It's not like his siblings, now adults, act any better in polite company. Ugh. I just don't like the Beaumont heirs. I will give His Illegitimate Heir a shot but if that doesn't work for me, I'm finished with the series. I guess if a Sarah M Anderson book doesn't have horses, cowboys, or bulls, I'm not going to like it.
